No Show/<24 hrs notice Cancellation Policy- Saskatoon Pediatric Consultants

Please be advised of the clinic’s no show policy. This also applies for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. 

• If 1 consultation or follow-up appointment is missed, you will be issued a warning

• If 2 appointments are missed, then charges may be incurred at the discretion of your child’s physician

• For a missed consultation appointment- $75.00

• For a missed follow-up appointment- $25.00 

Payment may be required to re-book the missed appointment 

• If 3 appointments are missed you may be dismissed from our clinic at the discretion of your child’s physician
